David C. Hoffman

D.D.S., F.A.C.S

Dr. Hoffman has been in practice since 1981 after completing his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center, Parkland Memorial Hospital and Southwest Medical School in Dallas, Texas. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and also completed a two-year NIH fellowship at the University of Wisconsin Medical School. He completed his dental school education at NYU School of Dentistry.

Dr. Lam is well trained and highly proficient in office-based Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, including dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, and bone grafting. Having gained valuable experience during her general practice residency, she is well versed not only in the surgical arena but in the restorative aspect of dental rehabilitation as well. Since joining Staten Island Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery she has taken on numerous challenging full arch reconstruction cases and helped many patients achieve their dreams of a new smile with Teeth-in-a-Day. She is one of few providers in the tri-state area with extensive experience in providing zygomatic implants for complex dental implant rehabilitation.

Jessica Li

D.D.S.

Dr. Li is a pediatric cleft and craniofacial surgeon and a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon. She completed residency at Nassau University Medical Center, a level 1 trauma center and a competitive program accepting only 1 resident a year. In residency, she developed extensive skills in facial trauma, management of TMJ disorders and myofascial pain, management of complex pain disorders such as trigeminal neuralgia and complex regional pain syndrome, dentoalveolar reconstruction, and dental implantology.

Monika Patel

D.D.S., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Patel earned her doctorate (DDS) at NYU College of Dentistry accelerated program and continued with rigorous surgical training in trauma and orthognathics at Northwell Health LIJ/Stony Brook University. She enjoys practicing the full-scope of oral surgery, including dentoalveolar, pathology, orthognathics, and TMJ disorders. She joined Staten Island Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery after her time as a full-time attending surgeon at Northwell Health.

Dr. Patel is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
